FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

Nova has invested in Ansys Designspace as our in-house Finite Element Analysis tool. Using this state of the art FEA computer based stress analysis technique, Nova can provide design verification from 3D generated solid or surface models from any CAD system.

FEA enables Nova to practice its “Right First Time” philosophy because Designspace allows us to perform real world, static, structural, thermal, dynamic, weight optimisation, performance optimisation, vibration mode, and safety factor simulations. A detailed report is generated to verify the CAD data, Material properties, Load conditions and analysis conclusions.
